I create all my content myself, and maintain my websites myself. I try to keep it as accurate as possible and as fun and challenging as possible. This is all is a time consuming process, and operating these websites are not free.
When I first started my travel information website, I made it for fun.
However, I have since encountered great difficulties and am asking you, dear reader, to please support me if you can, by making a donation to my personal fundraiser.
Why I am asking:
Normally, I never ask for a handout. But I have exhausted all other alternatives.
People rush to help when someone suffers a sudden visible accident, because they want to be part of the rush of assistance.
I didn’t suffer a sudden and visible accident like a shark victim, but I did suffer a permanent life-altering crisis, and I am still suffering.
My crisis happened suddenly decades years ago, when my life and future was robbed from me when I underwent intense cancer treatment for a late stage cancer as a three year old. I had no say in any of this.
The passage of time doesn’t make it better, in fact, it makes it worse. As a result of my cancer treatment, I now live with multiple permanent and degenerative disabilities and chronic medical conditions and have been long term unemployed despite my education, and live in an unsupportive household. I am stuck in a vicious cycle because I cannot seek a better environment to move to without money, and I can’t earn money with all my health problems, and I can’t seek treatment interstate or overseas without money.
To make matters worse, I was the victim of a scam where I lost my entire life’s savings, leaving me in complete ruin and unable to change my situation.
